Applicability: This document governs all retail transactions, custom manufacturing, wholesale procurement, and digital platform usage across the StuffX ecosystem.
By accessing our website, registering an account, or placing an order with StuffX, you explicitly agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Eligibility & Age Restrictions
- Age Requirement: The StuffX platform and its custom merchandise catalog feature content intended strictly for users aged 18 and older.
- Minor Supervision: Individuals under the age of 18 are prohibited from using this platform unless they are under the direct, continuous supervision and have the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- Compliance: By completing a transaction, you warrant that you satisfy these age constraints or possess the required parental oversight.
2. Custom Printing & User-Submitted Content
- File Formats: We accept custom designs and digital photos submitted in PNG, JPEG, or PDF formats.
- Neural Upscaling: StuffX uses advanced Al enhancement tools to upscale custom files to maximize high-resolution print quality.
- Aspect Ratio Responsibility: The customer assumes absolute responsibility for ensuring their uploaded graphics match the intended print dimensions.
- The 2-Day Production Clause: If an uploaded image contains incorrect aspect ratios or resolution issues that prevent upscaling, our team will contact you. If we do not receive a corrected file or solution within two (2) working days, StuffX will print the file exactly as originally submitted to prevent shipping delays. Output printed with user-file distortions is entirely ineligible for a refund.
- Asset Lifecycle: To preserve your creative privacy, all user-uploaded digital designs are permanently purged from our secure servers immediately following confirmed product delivery.
3. Order Processing & The 24-Hour Cancellation Window
- The Grace Period: You may request to cancel your order for a full refund within exactly twenty-four (24) hours of placement.
- Automated Production Locking: Once the 24-hour window closes, your order is automatically locked and securely transferred to our custom printing pipeline. After this point, raw materials are permanently allocated, and the customer assumes full financial responsibility for the total cost of the transaction.
4. Financial Transactions & B2B Compliance
- Payment Processing: All digital financial transactions are routed through the secure, encrypted PhonePe payment gateway. StuffX does not store, collect, or have access to your raw credit card, debit card, or banking credentials.
- B2B Tax Records: For wholesale, bulk, or creator network distribution orders, we collect relevant statutory identifiers, including GSTIN and Udyam registration numbers.
- Data Retention: In compliance with Indian commercial and tax laws, all business-related transaction data and commercial invoices will be retained in secure, encrypted archives for a statutory period of seven (7) years for auditing purposes.
5. Logistical Operations & Delivery Timelines
- Fast Express Delivery: Prepaid and free-delivery transactions qualify for priority routing, reaching your doorstep within 4 to 5 business days.
- Standard Delivery: Routine transactions utilize our standard distribution framework, taking 7 to 10 business days.
- Exclusions: Both delivery timelines strictly calculate shipping using business days. Saturdays, Sundays, and national/gazetted public holidays are completely excluded from shipping calculations.
- Partner Reversals: Our logistics framework is tied directly to our core carrier, Xpressbees. If a shipping destination sits outside the express serving zone of our partner, the system automatically transitions your package to standard delivery. Regional carrier delays do not constitute product damage and do not justify a refund.
- Custom Surcharges: Custom orders require a minimum of two (2) additional business days to accommodate specialized high-fidelity printing and physical packaging protocols.
6. Rigid Refund, Return, and Claim Protocol
- Damage & Error Limits: Refunds, returns, or replacements are strictly limited to products that arrive physically damaged or incorrect (wrong design, wrong size, or wrong variant mismatch). Change-of-mind requests are fundamentally rejected.
- Mandatory Unboxing Video Proof: To validate an eligible claim, you must submit a single, continuous, unedited high-resolution video of the sealed package being opened. The video must clearly show the intact shipping label and original outer seal before opening, and capture the defect within the same continuous shot. Cutting the video or providing photos alone will result in an immediate denial of your claim.
- Claims Window: All refund or replacement claims and their corresponding unboxing videos must be submitted via email or Instagram within 48 hours of delivery. Approved refunds are strictly capped at the original cart value of the specific damaged item.
7. Platform Governance & Governing Law
- Corporate Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the statutory provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and the Information Technology Act.
